Extrusion
  • Extrusion lengths: 80mm, 120mm, 160mm and 220mm.
  • Extrusion width: 104mm, 132mm, 164mm and 224mm.
  • Extrusion height: 82mm (2U).
  • Custom extrusion lengths and extrusion widths are available upon request.
  • Standard anodised colours: silver. Custom colours available upon request.
  • Manufactured in aluminium 6063 T6.
  • P.C. board sizes:
    • Width: +4mm of overall extrusion width.
    • Maximum height: 55mm
  • Cut tolerance: -0mm to +0.5mm.
  • Extrusion supplied with all belly plates, end plates, side extrusions and assembly hardware.
Assembly Hardware
  • Self-tapping, security pinned and thread-forming options.
  • Available in silver or black.
  • Packs of 8.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Carrier Plates
  • Manufactured in 2mm thick pre-anodised aluminium.
  • Finished in silver.
  • Sold individually.

Mounting Brackets (ABS)
  • Manufactured in ABS plastic.
  • Only available in black.
  • Easy to retrofit, no end panels need to be removed.
  • Sold in packs of 2.

Protective Rubber Feet
  • 4.7mm clearance provided.
  • Available in clear, more options available.

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant.
