  • Provides protection for instruments or electronic requiring routine attention or detail.
  • Available in light grey solid opaque or polycarbonate thermoplastic clear covers.
  • Cover latching options - hinged screw cover, tamper proof screw cover and snap latch with pad lock feature.
  • Listed UL component for use with enclosures rated types 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 or 13.
  • CSA listed type 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 or 13.
  • 316 stainless steel hinge pin.
  • UV stabilized for outdoor use.
  • Formed-in-place (FIP) polyurethane gasket in continuous channel.
  • Designed for use with wall thickness from 16-gauge through 1/4".
  • 10-32 threaded brass inserts with plated steel mounting fasteners.
  • Service temperature: -35°C to +130°C (-31°F to +266°F).
  • Note: Replacement snap latch - use part number PCJLLRSH.

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business.
