The HLP is a perfect solution for your networking and server installations when space is tight.
Product Features
- Available in two (2) heights up to 41" of usable space and three (3) fixed rack unit options.
- Each cabinet ships with one (1) pair of 2U 180-degrees rotating mounting rack rails and one (1) pair of adjustable rack rails.
- Fixed rack mounting units are available in 4U, 6U and 8U.
- Fixed rails mount at five different angles, providing equipment mounting options.
- The locking hinged front door includes side venting for airflow.
- The door and latch can be reversed to swing left to right.
- The rear wall mounting section features 3", 2", 1.38" and 1.12" conduit knockouts on top and bottom.
- Side venting is designed for optional 4" (120mm) fans for active cooling.
- Generous cable management lances are located on the rear section.
- Heavy-duty keyhole for wall mounting.
- Large knockouts in the rear for cable access.
Product Specifications
- The body and rear section are constructed of 16 gauge steel.
- Rack rails are 14 gauge steel with 10-32 tapped EIA compliant mounting rails.
- The body includes dedicated bonding points, providing the option of drill-less mounting of electrical 4" x 2" utility boxes.
- UL listed 2416 load rated to 200 lbs. (90 kg.).
- The body and door are finished in rugged sand-textured RAL 9005 black or textured RAL 7035 light grey powder paint. The rack rails are finished in smooth white powder paint.
- Complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality.
- TAA compliant for GSA schedule purchases.
- BAA/TAA compliant documentation available upon request.
- RoHS compliant.
- Manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant.
