Product Application
  • Designed to enclose electrical and/or electronic equipment and protect against harsh, hygienic environments for wallmount applications.
  • Sloped top prevents water from resting on top as well as providing potential for controls mounting.
  • Internal hinge design and door-edge mounted silicone gasket allow for easy cleaning in hose-down environments.
  • A wide range of sizes and practical accessories make this product line a complete package.
Product Construction
  • Formed from smooth 304 stainless steel.
  • Top sloped 25-degrees.
  • Continuously welded seams ground smooth.
  • Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity.
  • Hygienic door latches (316 stainless steel quarter turns) require use of tool for opening.
  • Interior hinged provide 105-degrees opening, are easily removed for reverse door swing or on-site modifications.
  • Silicone gasket (hygienic blue) mounts around entire door edge allowing for efficient cleaning in hygienic environments.
  • Gasket can be easily removed and re-installed for cleaning or replacement.
  • Internal alignment guide provided to limit door sag.
  • Collar studs provided for mounting inner panel.
  • Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts.
  • No pre-drilled wall mounting holes allow for flexible mounting alternatives - weld-in-place, stand-offs.
  • Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
Product Finish
  • Cover and enclosure are natural stainless steel with a smooth #4 dairy finish.

  • UL 508A type 3R, 4, 4X and 12.
  • cUL type 3R, 4, 4X and 12.
  • NSF - ANSI 169.
    • Not all accessories shown maintain NSF standard. Some are internal and NSF is not applicable. Refer to each accessory individually or call factory for specifics.
  • Complies with:
    • NEMA 3R, 4, 4X 12 and 13.
    • IEC 60529, IP66, IP69 and IP69K.
